your sleep is terrible, full of arousals, but that they are not caused by disrupted breathing
Your sleep doctor was right when he said your sleep apnea was well controlled.
So for example wt u just mentioned of sleep arosuals thank you for figuring that out , basically my sleep specialist did not bother to say anything about it , first time I hear about it is now ,
Which makes me wonder if I'm wrong. Shortly after I posted I saw a comment on another study mentioning "normal arousals". So - I suggest you ask your present doc about the arousals.

I would say your sleep study - which you uploaded - with all those arousals indicates severe insomnia, unrelated to breathing problems, has reappeared.
I had sever sever insomnia before yes , but like for past 8 months till this momment , my sleep schadule turned so healthy , basically falling asleep so quick as soon as i see the pillow without sleep aid/ no drugs /nothing and with or without CPAP ,

I was thinking of sleep maintenance insomnia, which is not the same a problems falling asleep.

I was able to produce those two categories of my daily sleep data after obtaining OSCAR Software and attempting to use it correctly.
Group (A) is data from nowadays where CPAP therapy is not even close to as successful as it was two years ago.
Group (B) is old reading, about 2 years old, where CPAP therapy was doing miracles on energy/mood/concentration aspects, No matter how high or low my AHI was or how many hours of sleep I was getting on a daily basis, CPAP Therapy was functioning beautifully.

I'd appreciate advice, thoughts, and opinions about what might be happening that has rendered therapy obsolete today, as well as if there is another part on the website where I can post the results and have other informed people weigh in.

NOTES :
1/ saw a lot of hypopnea events taking up the majority of my total sleep events; two years ago, they were also there, but now they are considerably more common.
2/ I've found that even though when my CPAP is set to a pressure  for ex like  9, the readings occasionally go as high as  like 7 only . I don't know why, this applies to multiple other pressures set as well.
3 / I had no clue that my Dreamstaion CPAP is on recall till like few days ago ,just registered for replacement and currently still using the one that's
On recall
4/ My doctor started me on a pressure of about 16, when I was first diagnosed with severe OSA, and then gradually reduced it as the benefits of therapy became apparent even after the first month of using CPAP.

sorry for long reply just wanted to address the issue briefly hoping to find a comfort solution .
thank you.

None of the images you posted are working for me; are they working for other forum members?

But - if I edit the post, and then copy/paste the contents between the 'IMG' tags, I CAN view the images in a roundabout way. For whatever reason, they seem to be missing the '.jpg' extension.

Let's see if I can edit/fix them here:

Now I can view them in the post. Not sure why this error occurred. To the OP - I simply added '.jpg' to the end of each url.

your images didn't link properly. or at least *I* can't see them.

from imgur.com, try the bbccode option. hit copy, then past the link in your post.

check to make sure they have been done properly by hitting the preview button before hitting the submit button.

good luck!

some new data after sticking to one CPAP setting.
I can see leakes going on frequently will it effect the CPAP therapy results that much altho most of them are for short periods of time during sleep ? if I ve to control it urgently wt is the best way to do it ,I m using full mask and I m a mouth breather.
also snoring keeps pups up always that I m considering using mouth sleeping tapes.
I would appreciate looking into the recent data .

thank you

Ignore the VS2 snores...taping your mouth is unlikely to do anything about them.

Why the fixed pressure mode? If you were to use the auto adjusting mode if the machine thought those snores needed killing it could/would increase the pressure if it thought you needed it.
But it doesn't usually increase the pressure for VS2 snores.

If the leaks are waking you up....they need to be dealt with but if you are sleeping through them and feeling decent during the day and sleeping soundly then I wouldn't worry about them.
