Evora Full Face masks

Post by joshdog » Tue Jul 04, 2023 9:03 am

My questions are has anyone else used the Evora FFM with a ResMed AirCurve V10 Auto and what does your report show for leakage. I had high leakage (25 to 70 CmH2O). ResMed AirCurves consider above 25 CmH2O leakage high. I was getting 20 to 40 CmH2O leakage with a DreamWear nasal mask . For information I have changed masks, watertank and heated hose, for me high leakage in normal and made no difference.

Thanks

I use the F&P Vitera FF mask and my leakage is rarely 0ver 2. Do you feel leaks while wearing the mask? Is your hose fitting tight to the mask?

Evora FFM
Find this mask on YouTube and carefully watch some videos about fitting and adjusting.

I use the Evora full face about twice a week. I have virtually no leaks with this mask. The only problem is I have to remove it at times because I feel heat around the cushion area even though I use no humidity and cool tube temperatures.
This mask for me is loose with the top straps and slightly tighter on lower straps.

I did not find any mask leaks, but the air being exhausted through the mask vent holes is a lot. I think that is good but my ResMed machin does not like it.

I have been using the Evora since shortly after it came out. I haven't checked Oscar lately, but my machine shows the excess leakage is within limits.

The mask and machine have been designed to be compatible with each other.
