So I just found out I need 2L oxygen at night. My 02 drops to 88%.
Can I use something like this with the Aircurve bipap?

I cannot use the giant machine they sent me. It doesn't even fit in my bedroom

Re: Oxygen
My sister in law kept her concentrator in a separate room in the house.
Long hoses allowed her to go wherever she needed, as she needed O2 24/7.
Concentrators can be too noisy for the bedroom, so just get enough hose.

Re: Oxygen
You can use any concentrator with any machine. you need the adapter that connect to your cpap. home concentrators are noisy and heavy. if you go with insurance company. this is what you get. tanks or home concentrator. I'm on 2L. just for cpap only. I don't need it 24/7. I'm on medicare. what I did. my doctor wrote me out a prescription for a portable concentrator. medicare won't cover portable concentrators. I had to pay out of my pocket. I use my portable for home use and when I go camping it goes with me too. I use the Sequal eclipse 5. very quiet and portable, also very efficient with 12 volt battery power too. the downside. its expensive. you can buy them the way you need it for. concentrator cost only 2200 with no battery. if you need it for home use only. you don't need the battery. just plug into AC power. if you need it away from home use. it comes with an adapter you can run off car battery. when I use it for camping. I plug it into 100 amp lithium battery. 8 ours use. it uses 60 percent of battery. total cost with concentrator and 100 amp battery. 3400 hundred dollars. my opinion very cheap. its almost a year now. I can trade it in for a new one and get credit for a new machine. any senior that's on medicare. this is the best way to go. stay away from insurance company.
Re: Oxygen
This is completely false .
Some oxygen concentrators only delivery 'pulsed' oxygen, when you inhale, and those *WILL NOT WORK* with a *PAP machine.

Re: Oxygen
A lot of concentrators come with pulse and continuous flow oxygen. the one I use does pulse and continuous. cpap user need continuous flow.

Re: Oxygen
Resmed makes an Airsense 10 heated hose with an oxygen intake on the connector.
They put ports on the Quattro mask--but not the f10? Bummer!
