Whether or not it's related to Cpap, please see an ophthalmologist (who's likely to have other pts on Cpap). We can't and shouldn't try to diagnose here, especially for headaches, etc. and you shouldn't just take our word for anything without talking to an MD. There are so many things that could result in your symptoms... don't assume anything. You could always experiment a bit re side sleeping, or any other Cpap related behaviour, but again, don't assume.

I think it would be worth it to consult with an ENT. I get painful headaches like you describe (but not from my CPAP). It feels like my head will explode behind one eye and on that side of my head in front. Luckily they are blessedly infrequent and ease up with an oral antihistamine and acetaminophen. They seem to be sinus related, but it's never been officially diagnosed.

It could be that the humidity setting OR air blowing in your eye is responsible. But it could be something else, too. Especially if you find no relief with an eye mask, I think your next consult should be with an ENT.

Update I dont have eye pain for last 2 days.Finger crossed. Its most likely related to my headgear.I may put extra pressure either left or right side or it may too tight.I am now trying to adjust that.
