My Resmed Airsense 11 is arriving a little earlier than I was told and I will be out of the country for 9 nights of my first 30 day period. If by chance it cannot submit its data during that time will it try to resubmit it once I get back in the States? I plan to put an sd card in it for back up data just in case.
Thank You

I believe the machine will transmit the data from most countries.

Also, if there is an issue, you can explain your travel (maybe documents will help) and get more time to demonstrate compliance. They won't yank your chain without warning.
Your machine may have come with an SD card in it. If not, buy one and put it in. Smallest capacity you can find. Then when you return, you can print out your results for compliance if needed.

Re: Resmed Airsense 11 and Compliance
I thought the machine just stores it and once it gets a familiar signal (ie mine is TMobile) it will send the info back to home base.
I would imagine the same thing happening if one had it in Airplane mode for several days or weeks. Once you get back "in range" of a signal, it will broadcast.
I had to bring my machine to my first compliance visit and they downloaded the data from there.

The only country where mine hasn't updated was Japan. Everywhere else it worked and connected normally.
Re: Resmed Airsense 11 and Compliance
Thank you for all the help. I know mine does not come with an SD card but I have a 8gb Im going to keep in it as a data backup.
