Is there somewhere on this site or can someone tell me where to go to get Oscar up and running and how to decipher the graphs, thanks

once you get oscar, you may want to read this-

once you start in on getting your charts, posting them here in this thread would be the way to go. you'll get all kinds of advice and learn as you go.
