Sleep Clinics in Frankfurt?

Post by perfstud07 » Sat Aug 27, 2022 12:11 pm

Hello all,

I recently moved to Frankfurt and I'm looking to redo my sleep test. The previous one was done poorly at a public hospital, so while it was free, it didn't give accurate data.

I found this list: https://doclandmed.com/en/germany/Frank ... leep-apnea

But it's quite limited. If anyone has suggestions I would welcome them.

I am meeting with a neurologist in September for my psyche medicines, I've asked for some references to sleep clinics but haven't received anything yet (the system here is very bureaucratic).

Any help or guidance would be most appreciated. I searched the archives here and found most references to Frankfurt were focused on travel through the airport.

These phone numbers are rather strange. The country code for Germany its +49. The code +7 is for Russia and Kazakhstan.

BTW, the US and Canada (and a few places in the Caribbean) use +1.

Frankfurt is in Germany.
Do your google search in German. German-speakers have no reason to give personal testimonies in English. They live quite happily in German.

Start with googling "schlaf medizin Frankfurt", and make sure you're looking at the right Frankfurt.

And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye.

Yes, that's a good point! Even though the person posting is an English speaker, (s)he has no reason to expect that resources will be widely available in English. Hopefully, (s)he can speak enough German to get through the process.
