I just want to let the community know how much I appreciate Erica who
is a customer service rep at CPAP.COM and also thank the company.
I desperately needed a CPAP machine because my current Resmed
is getting very old and I found out recently quite by accident that
my backup machine, the new Phillips Dreamstation had been recalled.
I am so grateful that I only used it for about 2 weeks when I first got it.
Anyway, I had been out of the cpap world after most of my issues were
solved with a lot of help from this forum. I had neglected to update
Cpap.com when my email address changed and that caused a lot
of problems with my account there. Erica was probably the most
caring and helpful service person I ever encountered. I went into
panic mode last night when my current old machine started making
some noise. So happy to have a new one on the way.
Kudos to Erica at CPAP.COM

The Resmed Airsense 10 card to cloud. I think that is the one.
They gave me a really good deal on it. I love my Resmed S9
auto but it is getting very old, almost 6 years. It has never broken down or given me any trouble.

The keyword is Autoset.
You had an autoset before, you might never be happy with anything less.

The Card to Cloud model is an Autoset APAP.
The difference is there is no cellular modem, just the SD card where you can load info to the cloud VS. using My Air.
Aside from that difference, the machine is identical to the Airsense 10 Autoset.

It's nice to see someone come in and be complimentary... usually people come in here and bitch, as if we could do anything about it.
