DME called-My Airsense 11 arrives next week!

Finally after waiting 14 weeks, my DME is sending me my CPAP. They said the pressure will be set for 5-20.
I want to change this to what I have been using for my Dreamstation, 11-18.
How to enter program mode so I can change this please?

Congrats! It's easy to google your new machine once you get it to see how to change the settings. But the DME should set up your machine according to your prescription. Have you been to your doctor lately? You might not need to go in for a visit if you can send the doctor a message through a patient portal. Let them know what your setting were on the old machine so they will at least have that in your file and ask them to send the prescription to your DME.

Get the clinical/provider manual as it explains steps to get into the setup menu area
