Airsense 10 won't turn on!

Hi fellow CPAPers

Last night my airsoft's 10 didn't turn on when I started breathing. Looking at it the green light on the top bar indicating power was on but the screen was blank and nothing happens when I press the top bar.

Fortunately I have a spare AS10 that I use for travel so grabbed the power brick from that and plugged it in ... no change.

It seems odd to me that the light on the top is on but nothing else will come on. I left it unplugged overnight and still no luck. Dead? Is there some super secret reset for it?

Funny thing is that I literally started the replacement process (nightmare) with insurance last week since it is 5 years old.

Try this...Go into settings and turn off the smart start. Then un plug the machine and re plug it.

Unfortunately I can't get that far it won't turn on at all all I have is the green LED on the power indicator on the top of the unit.

Did you use the same power supply with your spare?

Initially, I did and it was fine. I did change the power supply as well though just in case it was the cause of the failure.
