I’m new to all of this and i am waiting on my machine so I’m just doing some research while i wait. Would love if I could get as much feedback as possible. What symptoms were you experiencing before beginning to use the CPAP?? Did the CPAP cure/reduce the symptoms??

Avoid back-sleeping until you start using CPAP. This moderates the severity of sleep apnea for many people.

What is the exact model of machine you are getting?

I was falling asleep in strange places. I was getting my sleep but wasn't feeling rested. Yes, all that went away. I also lost a bunch of weight, felt better during the day and my blood pressure and A1C dropped. I felt healthier after starting cpap therapy. Good luck to you.
