Tired when using CPAP

Tired when using CPAP

Hi Guys
anyone having this issue as i feel tired when using CPAP machine , the doctor lower the pressure from 12 to 11 as it mentioned that it trigger other things which make me feel tired , My AHi varies each day from 4 AHI to sometimes 15 AHI , does it take time and it goes away ?

Please advise

Definitely would need more information... what kind of machine you're using, mask, how long you've been using it, etc. I just switched from a nasal mask to a full face in hopes it'll help me a bit as well. I was also feeling sort of tired after using it.

Your therapy needs to be optimized. Members can help. You do not have good scores. 15 AHI is awful for a CPAP user. 15 could make anyone feel tired.
