Air Sense 11 (autoset) and Oscar

Post by Whiskey-Romeo » Thu Mar 10, 2022 5:46 pm

I was able to read the data card from Air Sense 11 (I reformatted the card from the Dreamstation). I had to upgrade to 1.3.1. When importing I got the warning about the import may or may work, and the Oscar team wanting to see the zipped version of the data on the card. I have only one day of data. If you still need to see this information let me know.

Yes, we would like to see the data. What is probably happening is that the model number of your machine is not one we have seen so we have not confirmed that everything is working as expected. Usually, we just find the model number is different because ResMed is using a different model number in a different region or something, and there is no effect on the data. But we like to confirm that the operation is correct before listing that model as supported.

Just make a zip file of your data card (you can use OSCAR to do that: Help > Troubleshooting > Make zip of CPAP data card). Upload the zip file to my Dropbox folder. Please include your forum name in the zip file name so we know who the file is from.

Thanks!

We have looked at your SD card and it looks like there are no differences, so we will add this model to the tested list.
