Hi
I am new to this board
I have been a Cpap user since 2019
Yes I know it is not called the bleep mask
I just have struggled with getting it to work
I met with STUART who designed it and I just can’t make it work
The snapping into the ports has got me stumped
Any suggestions

Welcome! Try cutting out one port and practice snapping it onto the "Dreamway." Listen for the sounds of the connectors doing their job, and notice the angle at which you insert the port and everything works well. (The angle should be straight in.)
Sometimes I don't quite get the connection right, and I fiddle around and finally get a tiny click -- the one little bit that was missing. I find I do best with this by pushing up gently on the prongs and also on the little plastic loops at the top of the prongs.
Actually maybe cut out two ports. I had a Dreamway once that was stiff and gave me a lot of trouble. I kept some ports snapped into it during the day and that helped to make the Dreamway a little more pliable.
