who fails to note the multiple "No Train Horn" signs beside the tracks.
I think it's only one jerk--and he can't be on every train.

I need to note the time I hear him, so I can register a complaint.
Should I call the railroad or the RTSD?

First is finding a mask that you like with diffused venting, second is using a white noise machine like the Lectrofan. For me, it's worth the purchase over using a free phone app -- I like that the sounds don't loop, it doesn't require using my phone, which I don't like to keep in bed, I found the right sound for me, and I adjust the volume to just drown out everything and not go any higher.
