What does the Blue mean in OSCAR overview

Post by Thumper1947 » Sat Oct 09, 2021 5:47 am

Could someone tell me what the blue color in the usage and session time columns bar graphs signify? Thanks.

If you'd used Oscar rather than ? above, and added the left hand side of Oscar info that breaks down the graph info, you'd see what it's for (but skip the calendar and pie chart).

Not sure if you mean the dark blue (that says it's the AHI) or the lighter one below in a few places.

I have no idea why you have only those blue bars sporadically....all my usage and session times are that same blue so I don't know.

Below is what mine looks like. But look at the very beginning of usage I have a couple that look olive brown.
Red of course means less than 4 hours. I have no idea why there are a couple that are brown.

I can't seem to find a color legend on the overview to tell us what the colors mean.
I added "in OSCAR overview" to your topic line to get the attention of OSCAR specialists.

He is using OSCAR. This is an Overview page available in OSCAR. I have the same thing.
This has nothing to do with the left side graphs on the daily view page of OSCAR.

I am wondering why all his usage and session times aren't the same color blue like mine are instead of just a few nights.

I think the blue color means these days SpO2 data had imported into OSCAR.

I don't use any sort of pulse oximeter so my blue isn't related to SpO2 data.

I found this which explains the colors it uses.

What version of OSCAR are you using???

No it isn't. It has nothing to do with SpO2. I have the normal blue color and I have never imported SpO2 data.

Here is my OSCAR graphs. It shows the light blue color matches with SpO2 import day.

The OSCAR overview page lists the following color bar meanings:
Red - not compliant
Grey - no detail data
Blue - detail data and compliant

There is no mention of aqua.

If SP02 data has any influence, it would be on the Aqua colored days.

I agree with Moch:
On my OSCAR charts it is dark blue usage hours if I don’t load Pulse/Ox data, and the light teal color if it has Pulse/Ox.

Pugsy, I see your example.
I had a no-detailed-data day when I left my card out of the ResMed 10 Autoset one night by mistake, but I did have SpO2 data that would load for that night. So my bars were not gray. I guess that counts as “detailed data” so it was aqua/teal.

So light blue/aqua/teal means some SpO2 data.
Darker blue is regular, no O2, data.

So why is Thumper's primary color a light mint green in usage and session times?????
and regular darker blue only a handful of times????

Why do I have a couple of olive browns???
