CAUTION: Do not do this with a breathe right strip.
They stick like the dickens--ow!

I used clear Breathe Rite strips for Sensitive Skin to open my nose better before I got a CPAP machine.

They don't hurt the skin when you carefully remove them.

Many use breathe right strips WITH cpap.
I do it myself when a head cold makes it hard to breathe.
I do place it crosswise--not up and down, like Calvin.
Really cute when I wore one to work . . .

I’ve haven’t tried breathe right strips for several years, they didn’t stick very well at all. Sounds like they’ve improved that issue.

Wash and dry your nose first--tape sticks better to clean skin.
But don't use alcohol--that can make it stick too well.
