aerophagia from under-the-nose nasal mask
I have been recently sleeping with Philips Respironics Dreamwear Under The Nose Nasal mask. I like it for the comfort, but I get aerophagia from this mask compared to the nasal mask I used before. I could switch back to the old nasal mask but I want to give this a chance. Should I be lowering pressure for this mask? I am at 4.6-7.2 on the Resmed, same settings I used for the old nasal mask. I am wondering if I should be treating the Under The Nose Nasal mask as a different kind of mask which needs lower pressure.
Re: aerophagia from under-the-nose nasal mask
Never heard of surviving such low pressures - is there a reason for them being at those levels?

you never updated to say whether you lowered your max pressure or not.
