Resmed Repair Wait

Does anyone here have any recent experience with Resmed waranty repair times? I bought a new Autosense 10 Autoset from The CPAP Shop and had to return it after the first night. It was perfect when I went to sleep and really noisey when i woke up. Apparently it went back to Resmed and I have no way to track it. I'd love to get some idea of how long it will be before i see it back.

Your DME should have just exchanged it...It was a new machine. You may be waiting weeks. Ask them for a loaner machine.

I bought mines at DirectHome Medical. 4-8 weeks return time. Glad I had a backup.

They've been around since 2004.
I've never done business with them but have seen their links many times.
Not a fly-by-night outfit.

I’ve used The CPAP Shop several times for online orders and also have been to the physical store. Never had any issues with orders placed.

So why the long turnaround for an item that was defective right out of the box?
I certainly would expect better . . .
