clinician manual for ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet

I'm trying to find the clinician manual for ResMed AirSense 10 Auto. I tried the Apnea Board. I don't see it available for download. Anybody know how to get one? I emailed them. Hope that works. Purchased this yesterday. I don't have a service provider. I don't see the point of their service and in Canada they charge about $2,100. Got one for 1,270CAD. Palerider told me the benefits of Resmed. I believe him now!

I think it's number 7 down from the top of the ResMed manual list at the apneaboard.
AirSense 10 AutoSet...right below the Lumis VPAP ST models
It's actually a combo manual though...covers the CPAP, Elite, AutoSet and AutoSet for Her all in one manual.
