Is unconscious or accidental mask removal reflected in OSCAR stats?

Post by rickyvvvvv » Wed Jun 23, 2021 2:16 am

I got up in the middle of the night that I removed my nasal mask in the middle of the night and I don't remember doing that. There was a good 3 hours without the mask on. I was wondering if that would have been logged by OSCAR as a blip in the leak. I don't see anything significant that shows my mask was removed. So, I was thinking I might have awakened, clicked the stop button, removed the mask and gone back to sleep. Has anyone experienced anything like this before? Any thoughts on what could have happened? The three hours without the mask did not feel bad though.

You have Smart Start turned on. When you removed the mask the machine shut itself off after about 10 seconds. That's what Smart Start does...start automatically when it senses your breathing and turns off automatically (about 10 seconds) when it no longer senses your breathing.
