Get a report tomorrow but have OSCAR. Currently running a Dreamstation with full face F&P Vitera mask. Have noticed on my O2 ring SPO2 levels have improved. Started week out at 2hrs, then 3 , missed Friday due to a few beers, didn't sleep well to end up with Sat on AHI 7.31. Machine set to no flex atm and have been researching posts about wether to try with it on. A reason I feel I have to take my mask off is I'm not expiring enough air, then I continue sleep for another 2 hrs with it off.Still getting used to it https://imgur.com/a/lqqBJCf

Would be so much more meaningful if added to previous thread...

Your minimum pressure is too low and with the Respironics auto adjusting algorithm being slower to respond the machine isn't going high enough and fast enough to prevent the airway from collapsing as optimally as we might want.
Things are improved from without cpap but not yet optimal.
Try setting the minimum to 8 cm and turn on AFLex and set it to 2 or 3 (which ever simply feels the best) and see what happens.
You might need even more minimum but you might have a problem with even 8 cm...and if that is the case you can maybe try 6 cm minimum and then work up to higher minimum.
The minimum pressure setting is your most critical pressure setting...
and you need at least 6 cm pressure to even feel what Flex exhale relief does.

Thanks Pugsy, wish I had put in other thread and might transfer tomorrow. Upped pressure to 8 and tried AFLEX on 2 but felt was too low and bought back to 1 . O2 ring went off back to 88% so turned AFLEX off. Also felt I couldn't breathe as well, same feeling when machine was set on 4. Reduced max pressure to 16. From last night, will try going to 9 and leave max at 16 for the week until I see what happens when I have a few beers on the weekend. While I did get to try out and hire a DS1 that my provider can follow up, I'm starting to wonder why I don't just switch to the bilevel ASV and set exhalation to 4
