Questions re Sweating Starts at same time of day

I’m 38, 6’0 170 reasonable health

I have OSA and I’ve been trying to figure out the cause of my daily sweats.

Typically they start like clockwork around 8pm. Neck, and face primarily. This lasts into the night and stops by morning. I never sweat until 8pm again.

It’s maddening but interesting.

I’m curious has anyone had non-sleep sweats in addition to their sleep sweating?

Was there a regular time or region ?

May be obvious, but... have you started new meds lately? Drink alcohol in the evening? Asked your doctor what he thinks (had any labwork lately)?

Whatever others here have 'had' is not the way to find out what you have or how to fix it, and there are many medical reasons it could be happening.

Can you post a couple of Oscar results here so we can see what's going on overnight whatever else might be the pre-sleep problem?

The sweating may not be related to your apnea.
Hormones can affect either gender in various ways.
See your doctor.

I agree that this does not sound like it relates to apnea. Your regular doctor may be able to help you with this.
