JJ Care Mouth Strips - Substitute for Somnifix?

Does anyone here use these? They are about half the price of Somnifix. They look so big they would need trimming. That would be a pain.

Which way should I put it on ? and do they have a hole ?

As far as I care, any way you want. :lol:

I don't think I would like them. They are much bigger (5 x 10 cm) than Somnifix.

I have some other sleep strips that are shaped like the letter "X". They stick very well but I am not using them. If you would like to try some, send me your mailing address via PM and I will send a few to you to try. No charge!!!! I know that they are available at Amazon and eBay.
