All,
My OSCAR is below. I've been using the Bleep mask with wonderful success for the past week and a half. Last night I only awoke at around 4:30pm with a leak. As far as I can tell there were no leaks on the bleep for the rest of the night. I used mouth tape and even taped the edges of the bleep to ensure a great seal. Can anyone who regularly uses the bleed provide me with some feedback. My AHI seemed a bit high and the OSCAR last night showed massive leaks throughout the night. I do not believe this to be the case. Help....... Are there adjustments I need to make in the clinical settings that will help?

Re: Bleep Advice
What are you using to mouth tape with? Lots of times people don't know their mouth is still leaking. All the peaks and valleys scream mouth leak, if I had to guess. If the bleep's leaking it's really noisy. Easy to know if it's that. You can always leak check the bleep in the morning. Unplug the bleep and cover the end of the swivel with your hand and breathe in and out to see it hisses around your face. If it's sealed up, it's your mouth. Then look at changing tape or making sure your skin is clean so the tape you use seals well. I would also call Stuart at bleep and talk it through with him.

I don't know enough about interpreting charts to help with that, but I agree...contact Stuart. He is amazing. I am sure he will be able to help you!
