Oscar doesn't display new machine date

Post by Zenthar » Sat Apr 24, 2021 2:15 pm

Hi,
I finally got my new APAP machine yesterday ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet; this morning I imported the data in Oscar and was able to view it, but then I closed my session and when I reopened it, nothing, I don't have any data for yesterday evening. Is there anything special I'm supposed to do when I start with a new machine or should the data be visible side by side (I'm sure it was when I first imported it this morning). I tried reimporting or rebuilding the CPAP data for the new machine but still nothing visible it just shows an old (and empty) session for some reason.

Maybe I'm just too eager and it will just start working once the days don't overlap.

Thanks for any help you could provide

The machine data accumulates from noon one day to noon the next.

Notice the light blue line: "Sessions exist for this day but are switched off". go down to the bottom of the left panel and switch them back on.

The session info in my screenshot is the only info I see, nothing more and it's checked.

Try creating a new profile in OSCAR and importing again.
