Do you think you could give us some info to go on?
What machine/model and mask, plus pressures.
Any new meds?
Weight gain?

Can you download Oscar and post in this thread as per info on Oscar?

there are many things that could be at play here. we won't know until we get more info from you.
we don't all use the same machine, for example. also, we don't all sleep the same. in other words, we are all unique individuals.
some things, though, are the same for all of us. but in order to help, we need more information. let's start with a simple one.
what machine do you use?

Has there been any change in your sleep quality as in spending more time awake? That can mess with the data.

Re: Why have my events per hour jumped ??
Well I don't know if it is relevant or not, I was the same as you, suddenly out of nowhere my AHI went up to 40s-50s. As it happens I was under emotional distress (family feud......) I went to a shrink and he prescribed melatonin for falling asleep better and quicker and sertraline to calm my frayed nerves. My stats went back to their usual selves in a week or so. I mentioned my drugs so you can see that problems can be solved and I advise against using my drugs, but go to a psychiatrist and solve your problems. Hope it helps you.Edmonton99 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 22, 2021 7:57 pmIve been on cpap for 3 years now and out of nowhere my events per hour have jumped from under 5 to over 40!!! Anyone experience this? Were these obstructive or clear airway events?
