Do you think you could give us some info to go on?

What machine/model and mask, plus pressures.

Any new meds?

Weight gain?

??

Can you download Oscar and post in this thread as per info on Oscar?

welcome to the zoo!

there are many things that could be at play here. we won't know until we get more info from you.

we don't all use the same machine, for example. also, we don't all sleep the same. in other words, we are all unique individuals.

some things, though, are the same for all of us. but in order to help, we need more information. let's start with a simple one.

what machine do you use?
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

Has there been any change in your sleep quality as in spending more time awake? That can mess with the data.

Well I don't know if it is relevant or not, I was the same as you, suddenly out of nowhere my AHI went up to 40s-50s. As it happens I was under emotional distress (family feud......) I went to a shrink and he prescribed melatonin for falling asleep better and quicker and sertraline to calm my frayed nerves. My stats went back to their usual selves in a week or so. I mentioned my drugs so you can see that problems can be solved and I advise against using my drugs, but go to a psychiatrist and solve your problems. Hope it helps you. :D

Were these obstructive or clear airway events?
