I currently use the dreamwear nasal cushion (except for right now for the first time I’m in the ff BC of nose issues). In my pack from the sleep study it can work s a small gel pillow attachment (so I currently have them all for the dreamwear) but when I tried that one on last night it felt like I couldn’t breathe out to the point it gave me intense anxiety and I have to take it off and breath unassisted for a bit before putting my nasal cushion back on. Is that normal with pillows and something just to get used to or is that an indication something want right with my set up?
I have a very small nose and think an xsmall for her type pillows would probably fit better that the dreamwear gel pillows in small.
I guess I’m asking did anyone have bad experiences with a pillow and then a good experience with another type of pillow. How did you know you needed a different size?
I also want to know about the Bella loops and what y’all’s opinion is on them. So they stay in place aka do they work. Is there a Swift rx for her with the Bella loops a pleasant mask overall?
Pillows and Bella loops question

Re: Pillows and Bella loops question
He had it set at 6-15 (and that’s what I tried the pillow on) but tonight on this Friday for the first time I upped it to 8-20.
I have no way to tell this but when I had the pillows in I was wondering if maybe it was too big and the edge of the pillow opening was folded over to be am pushed in my nose and that was the problem. I was getting air in it was getting it out that made me panicked.
Edit to add: EPR was on 2

"IN"?
If I understand correctly, do you try to insert the pillow into your nostril?
The edge of the nostril should ride comfortably on the slope of the pillow,
with the widest part OUTSIDE and below the nose--like on a saddle.
Any cowboy who crams the cantle and swells into his behind
will not ride far without screaming, "UNCLE!", and scaring the crap out of the horse.
