Bleep curiosity

Post by Greenpepper » Sat Apr 10, 2021 7:57 am

I will try the bleep I think at some point, but on just an initial look at it, the dreamport stickies look pretty expensive ? I'm sure this has been brought up before who knows how many times -sorry for one more post on it - I figured there are ways to minimize the cost to some extent and wondered where people have gotten to on this issue ?

Thanks !!

$14.99 on Amazon is not bad. Makesleepeasy.com has them with bulk pricing too...even better.

OK. I'm in Canada, and canada cpap supply, which is one of the bigger online providers, is asking $47 for a 16 night set.

Bleep in general does not appear to be widely available here -

14.99 through Amazon even with exchange and shipping is surely less than $47 . I'll see what I can find

Not sure about prices in Canada and I don't know if US vendors will ship to Canada. The vendor I buy from has good pricing and they offer even better coupons codes via email, sometimes up to another 30% off! Also, I would suggest contacting Stuart, Bleep's CEO. Perhaps he has suggestions for Canadian users.

Now, about how much one is willing to pay? This question actually came up on this board shortly after I started using the Bleep about 2 years ago. At that time, my DreamPorts were covered by my (at the time) excellent insurance. I said I didn't feel I could realistically pay for than about 50 cents/day, ~$15/month. My cost at the time was about $11/month. That post resurfaced about a year later, and I no longer had the same insurance coverage. My monthly cost had more than tripled, I was paying out of pocket because it was less than my insurance copay, and I feel it is more than worth it because it is the only mask that I have used that I can tolerate. Worth every penny! Do I wish the cost was less? Of course! But I will continue to use my Bleep because it is the one that works for me.
