Help with understanding my results?

Post by MiggySmallz » Thu Apr 01, 2021 11:20 am

I got my results back from my doctor, they set me up for another appointment for titration. This will be my 1st Cpap, can someone help me out with my results? I’m wanting to see if it would be ok to do a self titration, to get around of paying the big cost of my Titration appointment? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

These are the result I had emailed to me

I looked at your results and It looks like with one of the machines recommended to you and the help of the experts on here you could self-titrate.
I am no expert but had/have excellent results with the help on this forum.

Good luck.

Please see my reply in your other thread. I missed that you had posted your study. You have a lot of hypopneas and RERAs, and you might well benefit from a bilevel machine.

If they will trial you with bilevel along with a regular machine, go for it. Otherwise you can optimize your settings yourself if you have a data capable machine and the ability to use the Oscar software.
Oscar software is available at https://www.sleepfiles.com/OSCAR/
