No one answers my email
I am upset about the lack of communication with the support team at cpap.com. I tried several times to send mail and no one answered me. I wanted to be interested in certain products but it seems like no one is beyond. What can I do ?

No one here on this forum really works at cpap.com except for Carolyn and her presence here is brief and sporadic.
We have nothing to do with cpap.com inner workings. All we know is that cpap.com pays the bills for this forum. Employees at cpap.com don't monitor this forum.
You might try sending Carolyn a private message about your problem.
Go down to the bottom of the main forum page and click on "the Team" and find the name Carolyn Goodman and click on it to get to her profile where you can send her a private message.

I have always found them very responsive on the phone, during their regular business hours.

When I see people complain about poor email response times, but don't share the actual response times, I don't give the post much credibility.
All to often:

- people have unreasonable expectations about response times
- fail to consider weekends or holidays
- fail to consider time zone differences

Which information do you want? Their webpage is loaded with information. Did you look at the tabs near the end of the product page? There is everything from detailed specifications to customer reviews.

Hi, in the end, everything went well, I received the device here in Europe. I urgently needed a cpap (for travel and also for my night shifts). I haven't had time to come here since then, but the lady from cpap.com indicated by pugsy (Carolyn Goodman, I found her office-mail on LinkedIn) was very kind and everything was solved with a quick answer and delivery. Finally, I bought a Z2 auto travel cpap (it reached me quickly from States), and works well. Initially, I wanted a mini-resmed but they were unable to deliver to Europe due to restrictions imposed by the producer, then they suggested I could buy z2 which I also used a few times .ChicagoGranny wrote: ↑Thu Mar 25, 2021 11:46 amWhich information do you want?
