NUMBERS GOING UP, WHY?

I have a Dreamstation CPAP set-up and have been good on my AHI numbers fo a long time. I am usually well below 5, mostly 1.0-3.0. For the last 4-5 days my AHI number is 6.5-8. I have changed the mask and tightened the straps, but it did not work. What should I do?

as lsat says, use the oscar software at the link he provided. it's useful in that we don't all have the exact same apnea. with the software, it will collect data. this data will be useful, when shared here, in letting the experts see exactly what's going on with your therapy.

Thanks so much for your responses. I have tried to download Oscar and I'm getting this error message: "OSCAR.app” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified, macOS cannot verify that this app is free from malware." Any ideas about how to get around this?

Rather than double-clicking to install it, I dragged it into the Applications folder. From there, go into System Preferences and click the permissions to allow it to run from an unidentified developer per this https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT202491 article.I hit the same bump yesterday trying to install and this worked for me.

macos refers the macintosh operating system, not the phone.
