Side sleeper, my pillow is pressing the mask against my face and I am getting occasional leaks on that side, maybe frequent if not constant after I fall asleep. So I am looking for pillow suggestions. I have been using a contour memory foam pillow with the narrow side under my head (the large side is waaaay too high). I am not yet willing to cut it up to create a channel for the mask. What works for y'all?

CPAP Pillow Recommendations
Diagnosed Aug 2007, I use RespCare Hybrid FFM with my trusty S9 APAP, annual AHI has been 0.1 for years. New phenomena the past few months: large leaks, not every night but most, long enough leaks that it's driving up my pressure waking me up leading to feeling lousy the next day -- AHI all over the place, even some CAI which has always been pretty much nonexistent. Swapped out all mask parts, hose. Adjusted and re-adjusted new headgear. Dragged out humidifier tank, got some distilled water, tried different settings -- not helping (nasal congestion has been pretty horrid.. Even swapped out the swivel connector (hose to mask) as I did feel a bit of air flow around it, reduced leak for that sleep session
.

Re: CPAP Pillow Recommendations
I have found that regular bed pillows work just fine.
Bed, Bath, and Beyond has a decent selection.

Re: CPAP Pillow Recommendations
I use a mypillow. I have used it for several years now with great success with side and stomach sleeping.

I, too, have tried fancy CPAP pillows, which also now reside in a closet. I just use my down pillow, smushed (very technical term
) to fit under my face, neck, and sometimes chest. I am a side and stomach sleeper and that is what seems to work best for me.

They may disappear.
I have seen them at much lower prices lately. (Clearance?)
You might want to buy spares while you still can.
You could even check the dumpsters behind Target and B3.
Or yard sales--be sure to wash used pillows thoroughly, and dry VERY CAREFULLY.

I use a buckwheat pillow - I can customize the fill and works well for side sleeping and neck support

I too use a buckwheat pillow. It is easy to push into any shape you want, and it will hold that shape. I love mine.

I also experimented with different cpap pillows but have stuck with the MyPillow for a while now. I get no leakage with it and would recommend it when using a cpap, works great for me. I hope they don’t stop making it!

Re: CPAP Pillow Recommendations
I mostly sleep on my side. I use a CPAPFit buckwheat pillow that I ordered from pur-sleep.com. I really like it! It came with extra buckwheat hulls and extra shredded foam. I removed some buckwheat and added some foam to make it more comfortable for me. When I lay down I use my hand to create a nook in the pillow under the mask so it doesn't touch the pillow. (Also, I recently bought a 13" x 18" travel pillow made by Bean Products. I tried it last night and it's a keeper. Like the CPAPFit, it is a buckwheat pillow and has a zipper.)
