Motor hours message.

Post by rosiefrosie » Sat Jan 30, 2021 3:14 pm

I’m getting a message that I have exceeded my machines motor hours and to contact the service department. It still works the same. Is this urgent or is it just a prompt to buy a new machine. It is a S9 auto and it’s been too many years to remember when I got it.

From what I understand, that message means you should start shopping....The machine may last a few months or it may quit tomorrow. You must have over 20,000 hours or about 7-8 years on it. Your Medicare should cover a new machine.

Thanks, it has over 20,000 hours on it. Luckily I have an even older back up machine with much less hours on it if it should quit working until I can contact my provider.

Excellent plan!
