I'm sure there are good threads on the risks/benefits of self-titrating with a BIPAP for UARS (very high RDI based on a WatchPat study.)
I have not tried any PAP before. Do you guys have any good links on this approach? w

19 years old, male. Atlanta, GA. 2.5 AHI, 11.6 RDI via watchpat test. No diagnosis.

You asked about bipap (bilevel; bipap is a term for phillips machines), but then mention ASV specifically in the title.

Exactly which model bilevel/bipap machine do you have?
