Dreamstation Humidifier adjustment

Is there a way to set the humidifier setting for the Dreamstation with out it being on? I want to be able to make the default 1 or 2 or else have the machine on without the humidifier running. I have been using CPAP for years and just got this machine a few days ago. I cannot push buttons to change it on the Sabbath and I also cannot have the humidifier heat water to a high temperature. I would like to be able to just set it in advance to be off or else at a lower setting. The only options I can see are to 1) disconnect the humidifier (makes it noisy), 2) run it with no water (I have been told that is not good for the device).

You must have power to the machine to change anything but it doesn't have to be actually blowing to make changes.
There is no way to set changes to take effect in the future.....with or without the machine being on.

I assume you use the machine on the Sabbath ....why can't you make a setting change? You know it can be done when you mask up and turn the machine on at bedtime.????

If one is Sabbath-observant, one should not break in a new machine on Friday, or even Thursday. A Monday or Tuesday is best. If you're in Israel, you can even do Sunday.
