I think that blower hours would equal therapy hours and this number can be reset.
I would need to go digging around in the manual to confirm and I don't have time right now.
Therapy hours can be reset to zero when past user data is on the machine and it needs to be erased so as to not mingle with a new user's data.

Machine hours or run hours are not affected by erasing past user data.

I would assume that the past user data was erased...giving us 0 blower/therapy hours.
But the machine hours cannot be erased or reset.

Yeah that makes sense... Sounds misleading for the end user. Didn't know if the blower was replaced and PR reset it. That was the only guess I had. Just seemed unlikely at that low number of hours.

I reset the user data.
Machine data though is non-erasable

You were thinking that Respironics really cares about whether it is misleading or not to the end user? We both know they don't.
Their customers are the DMEs and doctors....not us end users.

It is as I thought...blower hours refers to what we might call therapy hours and is related to the prior patient's use.
That's all it means. The machine that the OP is offering has a little over 1300 hours of total use on it and in this case any past user data has been erased and therapy/blower hours has been rest to zero.
