server could not be reached pls chk internet connection

Post by UturnSue » Fri Dec 18, 2020 12:19 am

I am a new user. I have an Iphone6 and have downloaded the app. WHen I try to login to it I get this message "Server could not be reached, pls check internet connection" I have internet at home, at work, other local spots and nowhere that I go can I get it to work. Is there another way to track my progress without using the app? I've been trying for several days to no avail, every other app on my phone works with no problem. I have uninstalled, turned on /off the phone, and right now I just need to see my progress some other way.

thank you

Download Oscar from the top (2nd down) of the page, post in this thread as per directions re what to include and not, and we'll help with whatever we can, but I don''t know if you can do it on your phone... maybe someone else will come by.

you didn't mention what app you are using.

and yes, there is the free program called oscar. this won't work on a phone or tablet. it runs on windows, ios and linux. but this very much depends on what cpap machine you are using. we don't all use the same machine. your cpap machine must be data capable.

so which machine do you use?
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.
