Airfit n20 cushion size vs airtouch n20 cushion size

I just recieved this mask with both the airtouch airfit medium cushions. Are the sizes similar between the two cushions or does one need to go up a size larger for the airtouch cushion? I'm asking because the airtouch cushion is more bulky and the cushion itself covers up part of my nostrils due to the bulk of the memory foam making it harder to breathe compared to the same medium size airfit cushion.

I've used the silicone cushion, but not the foam...I would assume they are the same size or I think they would have indicated that to you. Based on what you said, you may need the Large.
