request best practice for submission of OSCAR data for review

I'm in my 30s and have a Respironics Dreamstation Autopap

Unfortunately I'm having trouble with improvement in exhaustion and my AHI has, on average, increased since getting my machine.

What is the best way to submit data from OSCAR for review by the community? I'd like to make it as easy as possible.
