Selling an Airsense 10 Autoset

I tried CPAP off and on for a while and am having much better results with a dental device, so I've decided to sell my Airsense. If money weren't an issue, I'd love to donate it, but hopefully I can at least give someone a decent deal on it. It has 710 run hours, and comes with a travel case, the hose has a small puncture on it that I sealed and no longer leaks, but it looks a bit janky. It's a bit hard to tell what the going rate is from private sellers, but $300 seems reasonable? If I'm off or if you need one and that's not in your budget, just let me know and I'm more than happy to negotiate.
