BMC Chinese apap unit...opinions please.

Does anyone here own and use the new BMC apap unit imported from China? If so what do you think of it?
The reason I ask is that I need a second unit to take with me on a long vacation overseas. I don't want to take my expensive F&P apap unit for fearing of breaking it or having it stolen. Any suggestions gratefully appreciated.

Get an inexpensive, second hand ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet.

Then after you get it and realize how great it is, get a second one for travel and backup.

Very few people here have any experience with BMC.

I have an expensive F&P Icon+ and a second hand Resmed S10 Autoset. If you want a backup, I'll sell you the F&P for $100.
