DreamStation Cellular Modem

My DreamStation Auto BiPap did not come with a Modem. If I purchase another Cellular modem, will it automatically work with my machine? My Model # is DSX700H11. Thanks.

Why do you want one? You'd be better off with an SD card and oscar.

I just figured it would be easier for data to be sent to my Doctor. I can always take the SD Card with me. I have been reading that there are different types of modems and that not all are interchangeable.

You can't tell it to send data anywhere. It will only "phone home", and then your doctor would have to be willing and able to get data from their site.

If you've found a doctor that wants to more know than your AHI, he or she is probably a keeper. My opinion, anyway.
