Updating Oscar

Its been a while since I have been here

Just wandering how I go about updating Oscar . My current version is Oscar v1.0.1-r-1

Any guidance on how to do this greatly appreciated.

Not sure why but I thought I might be different to other software upgrades in the past turns out its not.
