opti nasal pillows

Post by gster » Thu Mar 08, 2007 5:09 pm

i tried large, medium and small. i won't try the petite

should the end go all the way into the snoz-o-la and the larger part make the seal?

seems the small one is the most comfortable and the medium and large leak a little because of a bad seal becuase i think the part that goes into nostril is too large.

The whole pillow does NOT go up the snoz-o-la. There should be some of the "plunger" rim left outside the nose. The rim makes the seal.

If you still have leaks, make an ever so small adjustment to tighten the straps, or adjust the angle of the pillow. Use a mirror to see what the pillows are doing and how they rest up against the snoz-o-la. Go with what is comfortable, but you may need to go one more size up also.

I love the Opti, but I find that I need to wash the pillows every night and my face/nose too. Skin oils make for a leaky mask.
