I have been using the Resmed Airfit P10 for several years. Has anyone used the same mask and then switched to the Airfit P30i? If you have, would you share with me the likes and the dislikes. I love the P10 but the headband is garbage. The P10 should come with 2 extra headbands since they stretch out so fast. The P30i headband looks like it would last longer.
Thank you,
ErnieH

Re: Question on Resmed Airfit P30i
I use the P10 and got the Airfit P30i a few weeks ago. I love the P10, although the non-swivel tube bothers me from time to time. P30i is also very good, comfortable and I like the head swivel fitting. for me the P10 is still my #1 choice through. If you buy the Airfit N30 headband it fits the P10 and has adjustable clasp that fixes the P10 non adjustable streaking issue.

Re: Question on Resmed Airfit P30i
I have.
P10 is a solid mask, all things considered. I switched to p30i because of the top attachment, and then also you can weave the Sullivan Chinstrap throw the fasteners to secure it. The downsides to the p30 are that it is slightly worse for side sleeping, the fasteners are velcro, and will wear out if you keep attaching/reattaching (which I had to do for weaving the chinstrap). Also, the band is very slippery as it soaks in oils from your hair. You can wrap ace bandage around it to address it. All in all, a solid mask, though some annoying problems.

Re: Question on Resmed Airfit P30i
I switched from the P10 to the P30i about 14 months ago.
I loved the p10, but hated managing the p10 straps when they stretched out.
I really prefer the the P30i. Love the top mount, never gets tangled, it's like having 3 extra feet of hose.
Get the fit-pack. I used the Large on the P10, and Medium on the P30i.

Re: Question on Resmed Airfit P30i
I used the p10 for years...bought many extra straps on Amazon because that was the only part that really needed to be replaced with any frequency. But when I graduated from my S9 to the Airsense 10, I sampled the p30i and loved it. I eventually settled on the n30i... everything is identical except the nose piece itself. Once I tried that, it has been the n30i ever since....now almost 18 months. Much more stable than the p10 ever was, plus the top mount for the hose.

Re: Question on Resmed Airfit P30i
I'd like to thank everyone for their input. I can't wait to try the mask. I was going to buy one on line but it was 109 dollars. Since I wanted to try it out first, I went to ebay and bought official Resmed parts to make a complete mask and it only cost me 61 dollars total. Again, THANKS everyone.
