Maybe this is a common occurrence for y'all but this is a first after about 3-4 months of therapy.

Congratulations!

It took me about a year before I threw my first no-hitter. And yes, I was thrilled when I saw it.

I used to joke that the only way I would ever get AHI 0.0 was if I didn't sleep then I realized that wouldn't even work because of SWJ flagged stuff.
My best day ever in terms of how I felt came after an AHI of 10.4 about 3 months into therapy. Go figure that one.
I would gladly trade AHI of 0.0 for a 10.4 any day of the week if I could feel that way again. I was superwoman.

Congrats on the 0.0. I have had a few of them over the years but not many. I don't worry so much about numbers as I do about how I sleep and feel.

Actually I did wake up feeling great. I’ve fully acclimated to the AirTouch F20. As I wake up I don’t even feel it’s there. Weird but nice.
