sd card data from oscar?

Two resmed S10 auto sense units one s.d. card ,will this work with oscar?

OSCAR won't care but your AirSense 10 machine might. It might not like having data from another machine on the SD card and it might want to erase that data. In the past ResMed machines don't like it when other machine data is on the SD card.
It isn't something I have personally tested with the AirSense/AirCurve machines though.

When an SD Card with data on it from a different AirSense 10 is inserted into a AirSense machine the AirSense 10 will prompt:
"SD card for another device detected, continue using SD card?:"
If you select "Yes", it will delete the data from the foreign machine.
If you select "No", it prompt you to "Remove SD Card to continue therapy"

I don't know how OSCAR will respond to multiple sessions on a single SD Card, because the AirSense 10's will attempt to prevent it from happening.

Get a second SD Card and keep them coupled to a single machine each, OSCAR will handle that very well.
