Daytime yawning/shortness of breath

Post by Sanctuary » Sat Sep 19, 2020 4:31 pm

I've been a CPAP user since 2011. Original pressure was 14, worked down to 9-10 over the years. In the past couple weeks I've dealt with daytime yawning and shortness of breath. Upped my CPAP pressure by one point the other day, hasn't yet worked. My next sleep dr. appt. is not until early December - plan to request overnight re-evaluation. Don't have pulmonary issues (went through testing a couple years ago, ended up on Singulair which has helped). Looking for helpful tips/guidance.
ResMed AirSense CPAP, pressure level 10
Phillips Dreamwear mask/headgear
