Do you suffer non-restorative Sleep?

Post by Jay Aitchsee » Fri Sep 04, 2020 6:20 am

Non-restorative Sleep?
Remember, CPAP can't fix poor sleep caused by non-respiratory problems. If your apnea has been resolved;

Check your sleep hygiene:

Check your meds:
Don't use before bed
How meds can affect sleep
Meds that can affect sleep

Very helpful indeed and would likely save a lot of typing.
I think a good candidate for being a sticky...what do you guys/gals think?

Soooooo....sticky at the top of the Topics section or the Announcements section???????

People tend to not read the stickies in the Announcement section as evidenced by the fact that newbies don't seem to bother to read the "Newbies please read before posting" sticky because if they did we would see better compliance for the basics we ask people to do or info to provide.
Think if it is up near the top of the Topics it would get read more?

Or do we just put it up in the Announcements section and tell people to look up there?????

I have noticed if my pressure is not right (typically when it is too high) I am tired in the morning and don't feel great. The right pressure and humidity are typically what makes me feel good when I wake up or still feel sluggish and tired.

my vote is that it really doesn't matter much. like the "newbie" post, we have to direct newbies to it. and so it will be with this.

at least jay has assembled it. this way, it doesn't need to be repeated over and over.

as usual, i'm going with the crowd.

That's where I was leaning but then it will go on top of the "Newbie Please Read Sticky". I can't change the order up there.
Not a big deal though. If I put it in the Topics section it will alternate between the OSCAR sticky and itself depending on who has the most recent reply...so it will be either 1 or 2. Might be seen by more people.

Pros and cons to either way. Maybe I should do a poll and really get Goofpoof pissed off..
Wherever I put it as a sticky....I will clean up the clutter so don't be surprised if the chit chat disappears.
